NEW TOOL FOR REPORTING MISSING RESOURCES As we’ve mentioned, resources are bound to go missing on occasion in a system as large as ours. We received the following update this afternoon from Velocity. Upstate NY to include Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany and Newburgh are business as usual. Teterboro and Garden City still have no power and we experiencing fuel shortages, especially in Garden City, for our drivers. Garden City is still not operational and we have not made any pick ups
