Empire Library Delivery (ELD) is a service of the NY3Rs Association, Inc. and provides delivery service to all libraries that had been formerly part of the LAND system. APPROACHING YEAR TWO FOR ELD NY3Rs looks forward to another year providing statewide delivery service to our participating libraries. In the near future each library will be receiving invoices for the first quarter of the 2013/14 year. The fees will remain $1,312.50 per library per quarter. NEW TOOL FOR REPORTING MISSING RESOURCES As we’ve mentioned, resources are bound to go missing on occasion in a system as large as ours. We received the following update this afternoon from Velocity. Upstate NY to include Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany and Newburgh are business as usual. Teterboro and Garden City still have no power and we experiencing fuel shortages, especially in Garden City, for our drivers. Garden City is still not operational and we have not made any pick ups
